Funding and development
Private support moving a protected concept toward practical proof.
The Zero Operating Cost Generator development program has received funding from a private contributor. That support is helping advance a proof-of-concept system intended to demonstrate a production pathway for lighting applications.
Current funding status
A private contributor has provided development funding for the Zero Operating Cost Generator program. Contributor identity and financial terms are not disclosed.
Current work is focused on building and evaluating a proof of concept for production-oriented lighting use.
The system remains in research and development. Production suitability, output, durability, safety, certification, and commercial economics require further testing.
Development pathway
From funded research
to validated lighting use.
- 01Fund foundational development
Apply private support to the protected generator, control, conditioning, enclosure, and monitoring work required for an integrated prototype.
- 02Build the lighting proof of concept
Assemble a controlled system to power a defined lighting load while collecting electrical, thermal, runtime, and control data.
- 03Measure and refine
Document input, output, losses, stability, protective behavior, and service requirements; refine the design from evidence.
- 04Independent validation
Engage qualified testing and engineering resources before representing the system as production capable.
- 05Production readiness
Progress safety engineering, certification planning, supply-chain design, manufacturability, installation guidance, and field support.
Initial application
Lighting is the proving ground.
Lighting provides a defined, measurable application for evaluating system behavior over time. The proof of concept is intended to establish engineering evidence for a production pathway—not to represent that a certified commercial product is currently available.
